The October Rapper List has been heating up, a substantial amount of underground artists are signing up every day. One of them “LiberaVita” who was just at #30 , suddenly jumped to #24 after and of his friend posted a video asking people to support him which probably drove a lot people to go vote for him . The rapper instantly was pushed up the charts, now the question begs, will he keep going up?
